The beach access was great. I could walk to the water very quickly. The main buffet restaurant was BIG. The variety of food options was excellent. The room service was fast. I ordered a club sandwich and it arrived within thirty minutes. My room also had a big balcony. It had two chairs and a small table.
sometimes the pool got a little crowded.

I enjoyed my stay there. the staff was super helpful. They could not do enough for you. i got a free upgrade upon check-in to a lovely room. the food was amazing. the entertainment team genuinely wanted you to enjoy your holiday. they remembered my name and my friend's names and always asked if we needed anything. there were activities all day, so we could relax or play games.
the hotel had a system with a red flag. it was not enough to stop people from bothering me. it was a small inconvenience.

Staff members were always polite. They constantly smiled and made sure to bring drinks. The animation team was amazing, always engaging guests and creating a really fun atmosphere throughout the resort each day.

The large pool was kept clean, and I always found sun loungers available at any time of day. The beach area provided a peaceful retreat. I also enjoyed using the water park located at a nearby sister hotel.

The buffet restaurant had good food with many options, and the various a la carte restaurants were very nice. I especially loved the BBQ and Mediterranean restaurants for dinner. The outdoor Turkish restaurant was good.

i liked i got a apartment and it had a big space. the garden had shadows which was useful during the hot hours. the posh club lounge was near my garden door, i had breakfast there.
my room was a walk to the pool and its far. the lighting in the room is dark. the bathroom it is old but it small so its not the biggest deal.

I spent a week at this resort. The beach access was easy and direct. I found an abundance of sunbeds available, both at the pool and on the beach. The main restaurant offered a large variety of food. I especially liked the themed dinners each night. The grounds are beautifully maintained with workers present daily. I also appreciated the option to dine at multiple a la carte restaurants.
The minibar restocking was not always consistent. There were days when items listed as complimentary were not replaced, like bottled water or certain snacks. I had to request refills from the service staff. This was a minor inconvenience but worth addressing for a seamless experience.

The bar staff at the pool area were very quick with orders and kept everything clean. Throughout my stay, they seemed very attentive to the guest needs. The staff remembered preferences and orders, often before I even had to ask, a feature I greatly appreciated.
